The star of the show Lauren Conrad earns $125,000 per episode taling up to $2.5 million dollars per season. Cast members Audrina Patridge, Heidi Montag and Lauren Bosworth receive an estimated $100,000 per episode and Kristen Cavallari doesn’t fall short behind with a salary of $90,000. As for the purposefully annoying  Spencer Pratt the network compensates him with a measly $65,000 per episode.  SOURCE
