When most actresses attend the Daytime Emmy Awards they hire a stylists who then drape them in the most exquisite gowns, jewels and shoes in the world. Apparently, Victoria Rowell decided to not to follow the  customary pomp and circumstance necessary to get dressed for the show. By the looks of it Rowell  opened her linen closet, grabbed  an old  Obama blanket, pinned it with a couple safety pins and went to the award ceremony to win the “Scene Stealing Actress On The Red Carpet” award.
