Singer Beyonce Knowles  apparel company The House of Dereon a trademark of Delaware based Beyond Productions, LLC  is one of six conspirators named in a federal lawsuit. The suit filed February 1 by Hong Kong based manufacturer Vier International Limited  alleges that New York based Donna Loren,LLC and HJM International were “conspirators who induced the shipment of goods to the United States with the intent to convert them or pay less than the agreed upon contract price.” [WWD]

Vier International is seeking restitution of $500,000 dollars for loss revenue and breach of contract. Beyonce and her mother / business partner Tina Knowles have not released an official statement in response to the allegations.
