Something went terribly wrong at the Ungaro spring 2010 ready to wear runway show. Unfortunately, it was before designer Estrella Archs walked down the runway in hooker heels and the newly installed artistic director Lindsay Lohan held back tears of sorrow while holding Arch’s hand. What went wrong was that the design house of Emanuel Ungaro utilized someone with absolutely no fashion design experience, bad taste and a troubled celebrity life to become a artistic director. The collection which was presented at Paris Fashion Week was torn into pieces (no pun intended) by fashion critics far and wide. The Los Angeles Times expressed it so eloquently “It was a deadly collision of celebrity culture and fashion culture”.

Here’s the video of before and after the show, around the 1:37 mark a reporter ask Lindsay how she feels about the collection and she responds that she couldn’t be a happier. We will assume that the house of Ungaro isn’t happy today and will struggle to restore their reputation after this PR nightmare.
